The "Meeting Tree" stories were ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS and I thoroughly appreciated the lessons on reading, education, forgiveness and redemption. Even modern areas, such as Golan Heights, West Bank, Gaza Strip, and so on are clearly oulined. I enjoyed this second story even more. The story cuts off on a bit of a cliffhanger; not the worst one since it doesn't cut-off mid scene or anything, you see, but it definitely leaves you needing that next book to see where things go after all this was set up and began to play out.
